Curated Events, Less Boring bits
Flat. Repetitive. Cliché. All characteristics I was seeing too often in open-format DJs and events. So, more than a decade ago, I tagged myself in, taught myself to mix and started doing gigs differently.
Fast-forward to now and I'm still staying up past my bedtime looking for inspiration that I can use to create inclusive, entertaining events that leave an imprint on those I play to.
Your event doesn't have to be the same as others you've been to.

The Feeling
Creating your special night
All too often we wind up at a wedding with the DJ or band flogging the same, tired songs. I pride myself on a contemporary approach, playing tracks that are designed to create an atmosphere and a dance floor. Less cheese, more fun.
Music is at the heart of the experience, so quality sound equipment gets pride of place. Lighting effects help transform and enhance the events, with these all curated to be essential and adaptable pieces following years of refinement.
It shouldn't have to be said, but all music is mixed live from a musical library that is continually refined and updated. Major Tom Events seem more like a 'dance-floor psychic' takeover, than a 'press play disaster'.
